MICROSOFT DECISION
FORCES CLOSURE OF
REALNAMES: IMPACT ON
XTNS AS YET UNCERTAIN

On Monday May 13, 2002 Realnames Corporation issued a statement announcing the closure of their company due to a failure of Microsoft to renew their contract.

At this time it is unclear what the impact on XTNS will be due to certain "safety net" provisions in our contract with Realnames not yet having been acted upon by Realnames.

As soon as we have further information we will post it here, but in the meantime we welcome comment and inquiries by email
